Maternal Mental Health - Mothering as a Journey

How do you nourish yourself while nourishing others? How do you hold that childlike part of you that still needs tenderness? Whether you are a mother-to-be, a seasoned mother, a mother with a fussy baby (or two), or someone who greatly wants to mother herself better in a wakeful, possible way, I can help.

I have experience and training in perinatal mood disorders and perinatal loss/grief. Perinatal anxiety, depression, psychosis, intrusive thoughts all need support and tender care through psychotherapy, social support and sometimes other resources. My body-based approach offers a holistic way of creating space, curiosity, practicality and wellness along the rich, spiraling journey of motherhood.
