Great for beginners or those who are on exercise restriction. Use this sequence as a way to feed yourself from the ground up, using Mother Earth for support as you practice attuning to yourself and mindfully taking up space while staying present in your body.

As yoga has become mainstream and more accessible via studios and online, it’s important to use it in a way that serves us - internally and externally - especially those who struggle with body image or eating/feeding disorders or issues. This sequence utilizes developmental movement as a parallel to the yoga asanas (postures and shapes) to help healthily re-pattern the nervous system and psycho-social-emotional processes.
